Athens Video Art Festival

When we first looked at the festival art direction brief, we knew our biggest challenge would be to create something that a diverse group (a committee) could agree would be the future look of the festival.  The first big comp was used to determine whether the illustration worked and the size was right. We knew we had something good when it looked great on the prints and the web, but equally as good as a piece of art. The challenge we go every year is “how are we going to make a better book than we did a year before?.
